EFT: Emotional Freedom Technique
with Terra McColley DM, LMT

EFT is a method that helps people release their emotional baggage through acupressure points and in turn can sometimes help with chronic pain issues. What we do during a session is, consciously tune into a problem and then tap on specific acupressure points on the body until the problem goes away. The technique is simple enough with practice that you can continue at your own pace at home.
The principle of EFT is that: "All negative emotions are based on a disruption in the body's energy system". The negative emotions can effect the physical body. When you eliminate that blockage, the body returns to it's healthy state and the symptoms go away. So lets be healthy!!!
